I enjoy working in home care. I have been doing it for eight years now at Pathways. We have good people that work for the company. They treat everyone good – with gifts for xmas, they honor us for the number of years we work here, and our coordinators that give us our assignments are very nice ladies. I’ve gotten along with everyone I’ve worked with so far. I’ve had a couple of friends that applied for jobs and got hired.
Pathways is a good agency. People say such nice things about our company. They are very pleased with our service and caregivers.
Pathways has caring, compassionate caregivers. Pathways is a straight arrow agency- that cares about their clients and cargivers…along with providing Continuous Education.
I’ve been working for Pathways since 2008. It’s an honor and privilege to be a part of this prestigious company which is the best in the field for providing excellent care to our clients. Pathways is like a family to me. The management and staff are very kind and accommodating. The company takes care of me by providing health/vision/dental insurance, paid time off, a pension plan, good pay and adequate training to improve ourselves to meet our clients needs. In the past 8 years I have worked with different clients and their families and I’m proud to say that they have been happy to choose Pathways as their provider. I have never worked with other agencies because I’m very happy and I know I’m taken care of just as much as I take good care of my clients. With Pathways, it’s service from the heart and nobody does it better than us!
Whether you are the family of the sick, or the caregiver, Pathways Private Duty is the best solution. They provide the best care, and service for what is needed, and have support from their affiliated health care groups (Home Health, Hospice care, and any other service needed).
I always felt that my back is covered. The staff coordinators are amazing despite the many schedules they have to monitor. In general, Pathways people are compassionate. There is always a resource person to go to when you have problems. The line of communication is clear. The nurse supervisors are very knowledgable. Fellow caregivers are friendly.
Pathways takes good care of their patients. In general, there is one patient to a caregiver each shift. Pathways educates the caregiver with inservices every month, and has done so consistantly for many years. Pathways puts their caregivers in an important position and they always thank us for what we do to take care of the patient.
